	United Arab Emirates: Khalifa Orders Academy - Aim to Develop Cadre in Unified Intergraded Response
	Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued Law No. 7 for 2013 with respect to establishing Rabdan Academy. It will be based in Abu Dhabi but may establish branches or offices inside or outside the UAE. The academy aims at being a distinguished national centre for training and developing cadres in such fields as safety, security, defence, emergency preparedness and crisis management with a view to coming with a unified and integrated response for efficiently dealing with all types of threats, hazards, incidents and crises.

	Dubai: The Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, du, recently conducted an evacuation drill with the participation of 500 employees to evaluate company’s Emergency Contingency Plan. 	Abu Dhabi: Imagine a busload of 50 people meeting a serious accident with serious and fatal injuries. The victims are rushed to a hospital’s emergency room one after the other. 	United Arab Emirates: Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment Donates 20 Ambulances to Sudan
	The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment has donated 20 ambulances to the Sudanese Al Zubair Charity Foundation (ZCF). The two charities launched the health assistance project in the presence of Dr Mustafa Osman Ismail, Sudanese Investment Minister; Ibrahim Bumelha, Deputy Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment; a number of Sudanese officials and UAE Ambassador to Sudan Hassan Ahmed Al Shehi.
