Commissioner Western Commander Joeli Cawaki has issued a notice to all officials in the West to be ready in case the weather situation deteriorates.
He asked that they monitor the progress of TC Lusi. Ra provincial administrator Kelepi Kubunameca said word had gone out to all village leaders."Our villages have their own disaster management plans and I trust these will be followed at such times," Mr Kubunameca said.
