Bacolod: Bacolod city councilor Ricardo Tan urged the City Health Office (CHO) to put up an emergency clinic equipped with medical personnel and emergency kits during night time at the Bacolod Government Center. Tan said the Government Center is known to everyone as among the most popular and cheapest local tourist, health and recreation destinations. He said people visiting the area at night time include families, groups, couples and individuals who do certain activities as forms of recreation or to while away their time. |
