A training program to teach people how to use the defibrillator was launched at Shanghai Jiaotong University yesterday (September 21). Jiaotong has installed 85 AEDs on its campus, the first university with wide installation of AEDs in the nation. AED can greatly improve the survival chances if used within four minutes on people suffering cardiac arrest. |
