Shimla: Shimla residents\' long-pending demand of roads for ambulances would finally be realized with the Shimla municipal corporation (SMC) giving its go-ahead for the same.
\r\nIncreasing traffic chaos in city had been delaying ambulances from reaching hospitals and was hurting, especially during casualties or in times of emergency.
\r\nApproval has come for roads in Kamna Devi, Ever Sunny Ruldu Bhatta, Man Niwas to Parwati House and Lower Kuftadhar. Besides these, areas facing the brunt of traffic most include Sanjauli, Totu, Panthaghati, Vikasnagar, Malyana, Chamyana, Khalini, Patiyog and Kanlog among others. |
