United Arab Emirates: Sidra Simulation Staff Help to Improve Medical Care in Qatar and Malawi


Sidra Medical and Research Center employees Elaine Sigalet, Sidra's simulation consultant, and Renee Pyburn, Senior Project Manager, travelled to Malawi second week of May as part of a group of 8  simulation educators from the International Pediatric Simulation Society (IPSS). United Arab Emirates: Emergency Evacuation Drill at Mall in Dubai


Mirdif City Centre, in coordination with Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Police and Dubai Ambulance, conducted an evacuation drill on May 19 Sunday at 8am.Staging an emergency scenario, all retail partners, contractors and mall management were evacuated.  This is part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ on-going commitment to mall safety and ensuring the readiness of all personnel in the event of an emergency.

United Arab Emirates: Flight-Ambulance-International Chooses Al Bateen Executive Airport as its Stopover Airport in Middle East


Through an agreement with the German operator, Al Bateen Executive Airport, operated by Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) as the only dedicated business airport in the Middle East, will have 2 fully dedicated air ambulance Learjet 60 aircraft based at its facilities and served by German medical teams.
