Ipoh: The medical staff at the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital's call centre will soon provide advice to relatives of patients in emergency cases while waiting for the medical team to arrive at their houses or premises.
Perak Health (medical) deputy director Dr Rahimi Goon said that once the centre receives an emergency call, the medical staff would ask for details of the case and provide advice before the ambulance arrived. |
