Indore: Perhaps for first time, ambulances are being pressed into service to help and cart the unwell to the booth for voting.
A city-based organisation Code Blue Emergency Services has arranged ambulance with adequate medical equipment including ventilator, monitor, medicine etc. fitted on it to carry patients to the polling station. Along with this, the ambulance will also have two doctors and nursing staff. The service of ambulance will be available free-of-cost for eligible voters who want to cast vote despite suffering from medical problem. |
