Hanoi: Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam began to ban the import of second-hand cell phones and laptops, as well as notebooks and subnotebooks, from February 18 Thursday, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Import of second-hand medical equipment such as ultrasound and electrocardiography machine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation device and tomography equipment controlled by computer are also banned. |
