Srinagar: A year after the high number of infant deaths rocked Kashmir, LallaDed Maternity Hospital, the Valley's most busy women and children hospital, has now got an intensive care unit facility for better patient care.
The 3-bedded intensive care unit (ICU) unit was inaugurated by Minister for Medical Education TajMohi-ud-Din on April 11 yesterday, an official spokesman said. The Minister also inaugurated the extended ward of the labour room, which has added newly furbished 16 beds to the labour room of the hospital, the spokesman said. |
