New Delhi: Keeping in mind the increasing number of accidents, a start-up has launched on Delhi roads the country’s first taxi ambulance services with drivers who are trained medically. The service was flagged off by Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari here on 4 July.
The launch comes in the backdrop of India accounting for five lakh road crashes annually worldwide in which 1.5 lakh people died.
