Magen David Adom (Red star of David), the Israeli emergency service, is currently working with the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) to offer medical aid training to volunteers, reports the Hindustan Times.
\r\nThe volunteers are people with no first aid or medical education and their training will be examined by Israeli experts who will then certify them to serve as part of a first response team during emergencies. |
