Jeddah: More than 81,000 accident victims refused first-aid services offered by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority last year, a senior SRCA official said. “Most of them thought they are safe and healthy without realizing the complications caused by the accident and its impact on their body and brain,\" he told Al-Watan Arabic daily.
