Kochi: The Kochi Metro Rail Ltd (KMRL) plans to tie up with hospitals for providing medical aid to passengers in case of an emergency. The trains will be operational between 6am to 11pm and the medical aid services will be available during this period. \r\nAccording to The Times of India report, KMRL has planned to set up a medical team with qualified professionals and a medical desk at each Metro station and an ambulance available at a 5km stretch near the metro stations. |
