Pampanga: The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) on Tuesday (25 April) said they will launch the “Emergency Skills Training Program” to assist returning overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). Tesda director general Secretary Guiling Mamondiong said that returning OFWs may submit their application form starting May 1 so that they may avail of the skills training program. |
