Chandigarh: To deal swiftly with emergency complaints, the Haryana government has decided to set up a Centralised State Emergency Response Centre (CSERC) at Police Headquarters in Panchkula town. \r\nThis service will be launched by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khatter, on the birth anniversary of RSS ideologue Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya on September 25 this year. |
