Bengaluru: Association of Health Care Providers India (AHPI) and Society for Emergency Medicine, India (SEMI) have launched the National Cardiac Life support programme in the Narayana Health City, Bengaluru. \r\nModeled on the lines of international courses conducted in USA, the ‘Make in India’ programme has been conceptualized adopting the valid international guidelines and adapting to unique scenarios that occur in India. Hosted at Narayana Health City and launched by Dr Devi Shetty, Chairman –Narayana Health along with Dr Alexander Thomas, President – AHPI, the national level programme, aims to host the training in at least 200 institutions and train around 20000 healthcare professionals by the year end. |
