Licuan-Baay, Abra: Even the most committed people in disaster response need to be equipped with the needed skills that will help them to work effectively. The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) of this town underwent training to equip themselves with the skills needed to undertake the Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA), a vital tool in disaster response. \r\nSixty active members of the MDRRMC composed of punong barangays and volunteers, as well as municipal officials and employees participated in the RDANA training held at Barangay Baquero in this town from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2. |
