Thiruvananthapuram: The Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) will impart basic life support (BLS) training to heavy vehicle licence holders to help accident victims. The training will be provided through Trauma Care and Road Safety Utility Service in Thiruvananthapuram (TRUST), registered as a service society by the MVD. |
