Xinhua : Military medical teams from China and Germany on Thursday(October 20) started a joint exercise to provide emergency medical aid after an earthquake.The exercise will see participants set up a joint command headquarters and send medical service teams to rescue and treat victims and carry out epidemic prevention work in a fictional country following a major earthquake.
\r\nThe exercise includes field exercise, academic exchange and final evaluations, with a focus on mass treatment of the injured, on-the-spot emergency treatment and critical air evacuation.The exercise is being held in a training base at the Third Military Medical University in southwest China\'s Chongqing Municipality. |
