MALAYSIAN Red Crescent Society (MRCS) members from all over Malaysia, some from as far as Sabah and Sarawak, came together to take part in a national-level first aid competition in Ipoh recently. \r\nThe 114 students who took part in the 3-day event sat for a written test and were further tested on bandaging and immobilisation, community first aid, and first aid simulation. Chung Bi Zhang, 17, from Sabah and taking part for first time in a national-level first aid competition, said it was an enjoyable experience although a tough one. |
