New Delhi: To provide quick medical assistance to road accidents victims, the Centre is planning to set up trauma centres along national highways. \r\nThe Ministry of Road Transport and National Highways identified 1,200 places to set up trauma centres along national highways in next two to three years with the expenditure of around Rs 3000 crore. “These spots were identified based on repeated accidents occurred on national highways,” an official from the Ministry told Deccan Herald. |
