Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Crisis and Emergency Management Authority (NCEMA), to enhance cooperation and teamwork between both parties, and allow further exchange of knowledge in the disaster management field. |
