Davos City: Surigao del Sur Gov Johnny Pimentel said on Thursday (December 18) that the provincial disaster coordinating center has been activated as Tropical Depression Onyok continued to move inland towards Caraga region. \r\n“It will be open 24/7,” Pimentel informed the Philippine Daily Inquirer through a text message, amid an early morning report from PAGASA that the tropical depression, which developed as the Philippines was still coping with the effects of Typhoon Nona, was moving towards Caraga at 15 kilometers per hour with maximum winds of 55 kilometers per hour. |
