George Town: The Malaysia Red Crescent (MRC) Penang Branch will organise its annual flag day over 2 days on 28 and 29 March. Its organising committee chairman Chow Thian Pow said the event on the last weekend of the month would raise funds from the public for the non-governmental organisation\'s various humanitarian projects and activities.
