Islamabad: The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has set up a first aid camp at D-Chowk to provide medical assistance to participants of the ongoing protests. It has also deputed 12 ambulances at different points for rescue in case of emergency. \r\nThe medical teams of PRCS are providing medicines to participants of the two marches. Its blood bank is working 24/7 for provision of the blood, should the need arise. The PRCS has 5,000 registered blood donors that were also on standby for donation of blood in case of any emergency. It will provide blood pints to the hospitals of Islamabad in case of any emergency. |
