Jakarta: The Ministry of Industry is drafting a regulation concerning the emergency handling of industrial chemicals. Regulations to be contained in this Regulation of the Ministry of Industry emphasize on the standardization of personnel, equipment, training and certification in companies or industrial estates.
\r\n\"This effort is in accordance with Act No. 3 of 2014 on Industry in Article 101 paragraph (6), stating that industrial companies must ensure the safety and security of tools, processes, production, storage and transportation,\" said Airlangga Hartarto at the socialization of the Minister of Industry draft regulation in Jakarta, Tuesday (5 December).
