Cops Get Training to Handle Road Accident Victims in Maharashtra


Thane: In a move to provide immediate treatment to accident victims, a first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training was organized for Thane police officials on June 04. The cops were given first-hand information about first aid and other life-saving techniques.

The aim of this event was to train the cops, who are the first to reach an accident spot, to provide on-the-spot treatment to trauma victims. The cops were given training in different types of medicine and dressing material used for victims.
