Vijayawada: The trauma care centre in the newly-constructed Podila Prasad GMCANA Government General Hospital is operational. The new facility is located in the ground floor and is easily accessible to patients who just need to enter the main gate beside A.C College. It includes an emergency care centre, laboratory service and a CT scan facility.
Superintendent of GGH, T Venugopala Rao, said that along with the casualty wing, a medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU), a pharmacy store, a CT scan facility have been relocated to the ground floor of the new complex. |
