Islamabad: A 20-bed emergency unit was inaugurated at the Shaheed Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (SZAB) Medical University, PIMS, here on April 07 Monday, thereby enabling the health facility to overcome constraints like limited space in the emergency unit, smaller number of beds, over-crowding, and difficulties in smooth treatment of patients.
The inauguration was performed by Minister of State for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination (NHSRC) Saira Afzal Tarar, along with Senator Osman Saifullah. |
