The BBMP Health department, along with ‘108’ ambulance services, is gearing up to cater to the emergency medical needs of the poll staff on May 5.
Along with its four mobile dispensaries stationed at each zone - South, East, West and Central, the BBMP has deputed eight medical officers and 10 paramedical staff to their zonal health centres. A total of 13 ambulances from EMRI ‘108’ ambulance services will be stationed at various government hospitals and BBMP offices. The services will be available on May 4 and 5 and also on May 8, when the counting of votes will be held. |
