Rawalpindi: Punjab Emergency Service (PES) Rescue 1122 Director General (DG) Dr Rizwan Naseer has urged the community for active participation in volunteer activities to reduce the increasing number of emergencies. A total of 10 volunteer students of BS (Environmental Sciences) from FJWU received professional training.
The training included Golden Hour Management, Foreign Body Airway Obstruction Management, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, Wound Management, Fracture Management, Burn Injuries, Snake Bites and Electric Shock Management.
Besides that the role of first responder in case of medical emergencies has also been taught through Presentation, Lectures, and Practical Station by trainers of Rescue 1122. |
