Ranchi: The traffic administration is planning to start a 'golden hour system' in the city. A meeting with hospital owners was convened by traffic SP Rajiv Ranjan on December 04 Wednesday in which he issued directions for free first-aid facilities to any accident victim within 1 kilometre radius from where the hospital is situated.
He said, "One hour from the accident time is very crucial for the patient and if he is not given proper aid during that time he may collapse. We have named this system golden hour system because of the importance of that one hour." |
