Jaipur: The 108 ambulances will be deployed at strategic locations to respond in least possible time to emergency calls during Diwali.
GVR EMRI, which is operating the 108 ambulances in the state under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), has decided to relocate seven ambulances from their usual locations to strategic locations to decrease the response time.
EMRI claimed that the planning of ambulance deployment is based on research on seasonal trends, pattern of emergencies and study of number of accidents in the last five years during the festival. |
