Cauay City: To instill preparedness in times of calamities, this city's multi-awarded Rescue 922 conducted last on September 22 Sunday the second first-aid Olympics at the Francisco L. Dy Coliseum here. The Olympics is participated in by high school and college schools in the city including the trained barangay rescue teams.
Rescue 922 head Ronald Viloria said the Olympics is now on its second implementation as this was first conducted last year through the initiative of the city's rescue unit.
He said the first aid Olympic will already be conducted annually as the city government supports the continuity of the activity. |
