Lahore: The Director General, Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) Dr. RizwanNaseer while addressing batch of Pakistan Army Medical Corps on August 5 Monday at Emergency Services Academy said that an effective system of emergency medical care has been established in Pakistan and now we are working for changing minds of community.
Addressing the Pakistan Army personnel, he said 50 Ambulances were available in Lahore but we lacked system and trained staff therefore basic right of emergency care was not provided to the victims. He said that an emergency service is comprised of trained staff and modern equipment for provision of first aid and patients shifting from accident site to hospital.
