Lahore: Punjab Emergency Service, Rescue 1122, Director General Dr Rizwan Naseer has directed all the district emergency officers (DEOs) to ensure appropriate cover on the occasion of Youm-e-Shahadat of Hazrat Ali (RA) in a meeting at Rescue 1122 Headquarters.
The Rescue 1122 DG was briefed that the service had devised a comprehensive contingency strategy to provide efficient pre-hospital emergency medical cover to the processions’ participants. He was told that rescue posts at Imam bargahs had been established. The DG was informed that the Punjab Emergency Service was providing emergency cover to the citizens and had successfully rescued over 1.9 million emergency victims while maintaining its average response time of 7 minutes and uniform standards in all districts of Punjab. |
