Roxas City: A multi-million emergency operation center cum evacuation center will soon be established in Capiz.
During the recent joint meeting of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), Provincial Peace and Order Council and Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council presided by Governor Antonio Del Rosario, the group unanimously approved more than P4 1.77 million to start the construction of the building.
The total budget for the construction of the 3-storey Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) operation center at ESLA, Lanot, and Roxas City reached P45-million.
