Patiala: Jail officials from Punjab and Himachal were given training in first aid and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) at Punjab jail training school here on 5 July.
They were informed about the measures that can be taken in the fire incidents. Training school Vice-Principal Rakesh Kumar Sharma said: “The training given to the officials will benefit them in providing patients with on-the-spot treatment.”
