Muscat: The Ministry of Tourism (MoT) has contracted a private company to provide rescue and ambulance services at the popular Wadi Bani Khalid site in North Sharqiyah. Water bodies at Wadi Bani Khalid are popular among tourists throughout the year.
\r\nMoT said that 182,648 people visited the wadis in the wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid last year compared to 156,129 visitors in 2016, an increase of 17 per cent. |
