Tamenglong, Manipur: Commanding Officer of 23 Assam Rifles, Tamenglong Chinmaya Verma launched an ambitious ambulance project for the downtrodden citizens of Tousem Sub-division of Tamenglong district on 21 April at Shekinuh Inn, Tamenglong HQs.
