The Accountant General Ambulance Division in collaboration with the St John Ambulance, Odisha Centre opened 8 sunstroke first aid centres here on 25 April.
\r\nThe centres would generate awareness on sunstroke, provide free treatment facilities to poor sunstroke patients and shift them to nearby hospitals. It would remain open from 10am to 4pm during the summer. The centres have been opened at AG Square, PMG Square, Khandagiri Square, Pokhariput, Saheed Nagar Puja Mandap, VSS Nagar, Bhimatangi and Kargil Road. |
