Lahore: Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education (SH&ME) Secretary Najam Ahmed Shah said Tuesday (14 November) that online monitoring system for ventilators in the teaching hospitals and specialised healthcare institutions have been introduced to ensure availability, functioning and rationale use of the ventilators for ensuring timely provision of this equipment to deserving patients. He said that the system would further improve the quality of emergency and intensive care unit services in the province. |
