Srinagar: Member Legislative Assembly Sonwar, Mohammed Ashraf Mir, on 7 November, inaugurated first aid & emergency room here at Government Kashmir Nursing Home (GKNH).
\r\nOn the occasion, Principal Government Medical College Srinagar, Professor Samia Rashid and Medical Superintendent Dr Jehangir Bakshi were also present. The facilities have been set-up after taking cognizance of increased incidence of road traffic accidents under Disaster Preparedness Protocol of Government Medical College Srinagar, which also include standby Emergency Theatres, TRIAGE and extended outdoor health shelters and parking facilities to prepare for natural disasters. |
