Imphal: Manipur will be the first State in the country to have its own air ambulance to provide health care facilities to the people, according to Health and Family Welfare Minister L Jayantakumar. Addressing the Kayakalp award distribution function at JNIMS auditorium here this afternoon, Minister Jayantakumar said that the State is all set to buy its own helicopter to provide the healthcare service to the people living in the remote areas. |
