Mandaluyong is now considered the first city in the country to have its own mobile emergency hospital, as it acquired P90 million worth of hospital tents and rescue equipment, including a search-and-rescue truck with boom, emergency mobile water purifying system, a rescue pick up, a nutrition van and a rescue boat. |
