Bhubaneswar: A 24X7 control room has been opened at Capital Hospital from Sunday (2 July) for providing emergency health services to athletes and officials ahead of the 22nd Asian Athletics Championships began here from July 5. “Over 60 doctors and 30 paramedical staff are engaged in providing health services during the event. Besides, another control room will function at Kalinga Stadium during the practice and events while round the clock medical and ambulance services will be provided at designated hotels for athletes and VIPs.” |
