Laoag City: To institutionalize the immediate response in time of emergencies, the provincial government of Ilocos Norte and the Ilocos Norte Police Provincial Office (INPPO) have launched the Provincial Incident Response Management (PIRM) 911.
\r\nPIRM 911 allows for a quick response from public safety agencies and other law enforcement offices to anyone in the province. Governor Imee R. Marcos initiated the project in line with her vision towards making the province as livable, sustainable, and resilient. |
