Srinagar, Nov 25: Continuing its efforts to disseminate Basic Life Support training (BLS) at Block levels to various stakeholders of the community, the Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir (DHSK) has started a pilot project wherein nominated team comprising of Doctors and Paramedics of each health block will be imparted training on modern guidelines.
\r\nThe Directorate in collaboration with International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC) had started BLS programme in 2011 and till now DHSK has given BLS training to around 5000 people. |
