Riyadh: Saudi Red Crescent’s women’s section has trained 931 women in first aid over the past five months. Riyadh Red Crescent spokesman Abdullah Al-Muraibidh said the women’s section offered 56 training workshops during the past five months. \r\n“The women are trained in first aid, the Heimlich Manoeuvre, cardiovascular and pulmonary resuscitation and methods of emergency care in drowning, burns, bleeding, poisoning, ulcers and other cases and injuries patients may suffer from,” Al-Muraibidh said. |
